YEIDA Plot Scheme 2024 Draw Date
The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority of the Indian government created the YEIDA Built-up Housing Scheme. The program intends to offer home options in desirable Noida areas at reasonable costs. Approximately 1200 residential plots would be made available to applicants under the project.

Objective Of YEIDA Plot Scheme 2024 Draw Date
The main objective of the scheme is to offer people reasonably priced housing in some of Noida’s most desirable areas. The government would provide the people about 1200 apartments under this scheme.
Process Of YEIDA Plot Scheme Lottery Draw Date
- The Residential Plot Scheme RPS-08/2024 draw is planned on 10 October 2024 at 10:00 AM.
- An application committee and observers will be present for the draw, which will take place at the India Expo Center & Mart in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
- On 18 September 2024 at 6:00 PM a provisional list of qualified and ineligible candidates was posted on the YEIDA website.
- Those who objected to their eligibility had until 25 September 2024 to contact rps08@yamunaexpresswayauthority.com.
- YEIDA will have reviewed all concerns and addressed them by 30 September 2024,.
- A final list of qualified candidates will be released on 3 October 2024, .
- On the designated day, the lottery draw will be carried out in a transparent manner.
- The public will be able to watch the entire drawing process live on electronic and social media methods.
