- Applicant must be 18 years or above.
- Must be an Indian/NRI and not banned by Indian or U.P. government regulations.
- Only one plot per individual is permitted.
- If any family member (spouse, children, parents) already owns a plot under any YEIDA Plot scheme, the application will be rejected and funds forfeited.
- Joint applications are allowed only between immediate family members with valid proof.

- Reserved for industrial unit holders, landowners, and their partners/directors whose land has been acquired by YEIDA or located in Jewar Airport areas.
