Assam State Government has released the Nijut Moina Scheme Second Installment. On 11th November 2024, the second installment of Nijut Moina Scheme will be given to all the Female students of Assam state who had applied for it. They can now visit the official website to check the payment status of the Nijut Moina Scheme Second Installment online. By providing financial assistance under this scheme the Assam government wants to eliminate child marriage as a social issue in the state to a great extent.

The Chief Minister of Assam state presented a budget of 1500 crores for the start of work of Nijut Moina Scheme. Under this scheme Assam State government gives Rs. 18.39 Crore every month to the selected Female students. On 11th November 2024, the Assam State Government has released the Nijut Moina Scheme Second Installment.

Under the second installment of this scheme, financial assistance will be provided to 1.64 lakh female students by the assam state government. The target of the Assam State government is to include 10 lakh girl students under Nijut Moina scheme.

The primary objective of launching Nijut Moina Scheme Second Installment is to assist in bearing the expenses of education of female students of the state. With the help of the second installment, the female students of the state will not have to depend on anyone else to bear the expenses of their education. The main objective of Assam State Government behind launching Nijut Moina scheme is to combat child marriage and encourage females to seek higher education.

• Under the scheme, all female students studying from class 11 to post-graduation will receive a monthly stipend.
• Every selected Female student will be given financial assistance of INR 1,000 on monthly basis.
• Female students pursuing degree will be given the benefit of financial assistance of INR 1250.
• Female students pursuing PG will be given the benefit of financial assistance of INR 2500.

• Date of launching Nijut Moina Scheme Second Installment is 11 November 2024.

Today marks the date for the second installment of the Mukhya Mantrir Nijut Moina Aasoni—a transformative scheme aiming to empower 10 lakh girl students over the next three years. Thus far, 1,64,684 students have benefitted, with monthly deposits scheduled for the 11th.

• Female students must be permanent residents of Assam state.
• Only female students of Assam state are eligible for this scheme.
• Female student must be studying in class from 11th to PG.
• Students must be consistently attend their classes
• Female students are not allowed to marry until they complete Post graduation.

Steps 1. All the female students of Assam state who want to check the nijut Moina Scheme second installment first visit PFMS Portal.

Steps 2. After this the homepage will appear on your screen.

Steps 3. On the home page of the official website, all the female students will have to click on the option of “Know Your Payment“.

Steps 4. After this, a new page will open on your screen in which female students will have to fill their bank account and a captcha code.

Steps 5. After filling all the information carefully, click on “Send OTP” option and OTP will be sent to your Registered mobile number.

Steps 6. After filling the OTP, all the female students will have to click on the “Submit” button to complete the process.

Step 1. To verify their Second installment payment status under Nijut Moina scheme, all the female students have to visit the nearest bank branch.

Step 2. Female students will have to inform the Concern Officer that they need to verify the payment status of their bank account.

Step 3. Female students will have to provide all the information asked by the officer.

Step 4. In this way, female students can check the payment status offline by visiting their nearest bank branch.
