The state government launched Mukhyamantri Atmanirbhar Asom scheme to encourage entrepreneurship among the youth of the state of Assam. Under this scheme, financial assistance will be provided to the youth of the state so that they can start their journey of entrepreneurship. Assam State According to Assam State Total 2 Lakh Assam citizens will get benefit under Mukhyamantri Atmanirbhar Asom scheme. Under this scheme, the state government is providing support in various ways to the youth by empowering them with self-employment opportunities. Assam citizens whose age is between 28 to 40 will be eligible to avail the benefits of Mukhyamantri Atmanirbhar Asom scheme.

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has launched the second phase of Mukhyamantri Atmanirbhar Asom scheme. According to the information given by the Assam State Government, in the first phase of this scheme, financial assistance of Rs 510 crores was provided to 25238 entrepreneurs. 75000 beneficiaries have been selected in the second phase of this scheme. The Assam State Government will provide financial assistance ranging from ₹2 lakh to ₹5 lakh to the selected young entrepreneurs.

The main objective of Mukhyamantri Atmanirbhar Asom scheme is to provide necessary resources, guidance and financial assistance to unemployed youth so that they can become self-reliant. The main objective of the state government behind launching this scheme is to provide employment to the unemployed youth of Assam. With the help of Mukhyamantri Atmanirbhar Asom scheme, To provide financial assistance to the youth of the state. so that the youth of the state can establish new industries and expand the existing industries to create employment opportunities in the rural and urban areas of the state.

This scheme in itself is a unique initiative of the Assam government. Because this scheme helps in generating employment opportunities through assistance to new and old entrepreneurial ventures. Under this scheme BPL families and low-income families are provided with encouragement in their income opportunities by promoting micro-entrepreneur youth.

• The applicant should not be a beneficiary of CMAAA 1.0
• To apply for this scheme, the citizen must be a permanent resident of Assam state.
• The age of applicant should be within the age range of 28 to 45 years is on 1st April 2024.

Education Qualification

1. Non-Professional Course Category:

• General category applicants must have passed at least 10th class.
• For the category OBC SC ST applicants must have studied up to 10th class.

2. Professional Course Category:

• Applicant must have a minimum of 4 years of degree in the field of Engineering, Medicine, Agriculture, Veterinary and Fisheries.
• The applicant must have sufficient knowledge, experience, skills etc. So undertaker the incoming generating activities.
• The applicant must have his own bank account which he should have opened before 1st April 2024.
• As of now only one person from the family can avail the benefit of this scheme.
• The applicant should not be a loan defaulter of any Co-operative and Nationalized Bank in the past.

• The applicant will be selected on the basis of eligibility criteria.
• On the permanent resident of the Assam State will be selected for Mukhyamantri Atmanirbhar Asom scheme.
• those applicants whose age is between 18 to 24 will be selected for Mukhyamantri Atmanirbhar Asom scheme.
• To be selected in this scheme, the applicant must be an unemployed citizen.
• To take advantage of the scheme, the applicant must fill the form before the last date.

Step 3. After filling all the required information like application name, email name, contact number, password, confirm password, fill the captcha. then Click on the submit button.

Step 4. In this way you will register successfully After this, click on the login option which will be on the home screen.

Step 5. Now the applicant has to login with the help of mobile number and OTP.

Step 6. After this a new page will open on your screen. To apply for Mukhyamantri Atmanirbhar Asom Scheme, click on the option of “Apply for the scheme”.

Step 7. Now the application form will appear on your screen in which you will have to fill all the required information. And also attach the required documents as requested.

Step 8. After filling all the information and uploading the documents, check whether you have filled everything correctly or not, then click on the submit button and in this way you will be able to complete your registration process.
