The government of Haryana has made significant progress towards improving health security for thousands of families in the state. Only families earning up to Rs 3 lakh a year were previously eligible to get benefits under the Chirayu Ayushman Bharat Scheme initiative, but its reach has now expanded. Families earning up to Rs 6 lakh will now be able to benefit from this initiative by making a little payment, according to State Health and Family Welfare Minister Arti Singh Rao. Thousands of new families in the state will have access to improved health care because of this change. She stated that previously, households earning between Rs.1.80 lakh and Rs 3 lakh could apply for the plan by paying Rs.1,500 a year.

CHIRAYU Ayushman Bharat Scheme

The Haryana equivalent of the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY) of the national government is called Chirayu Ayushman Bharat Yojana. Beneficiary households are covered by health insurance under this policy up to Rs.5 lakh annually. They can use this insurance to receive cashless care at government and approved private hospitals.

The scheme aims to protect middle class and economically disadvantaged families from the extremely high expense of medical care. The distinctive feature is that they are exempt from paying for therapy or completing documents.

• First you have to visit the Official Website of the scheme.

• The homepage will appear on your screen.
• Click on the Apply option.
• Enter your family identity card/family ID option.
• Now enter your family ID anc captcha code.
• Enter the received OTP.
• Click on the Pay
• You will be given the choice to either pay a charge or have the Ayushman card created for free.
• If your name is on the list when the department releases it, you may get your Chirayu Ayushman card generated at the closest CSC facility.

• First you have to visit the Official Website of the scheme.

• The homepage will appear on your screen.
• Select the beneficiary and click on the login option.
• Enter your registered mobile number.
• Click on the verify option.
• The password will be sent to your mobile number.
• The mobile phone number you provided will get a password, which you need to enter to log in.
• Select your state option.
• In this case, you must select PMJAY Chirayu Ext if you paid Rs.1500 to have the Chirayu card manufactured, and PMJAY if you applied to have the card made without paying a charge.
• Enter your family ID number in search by and click on the search option.
• Your family details will appear on your screen.
• Click on the get Chirayu card option.
• Your name has been added to the list if the option to obtain an Ayushman card appears alongside your family’s information.

Check Payment Status

• First you have to visit the Official Website of the scheme.
• The homepage will appear on your screen.
• Click on the Check Payment Status option.
• You can check the status by using your transaction ID or PPP ID.
