The YEIDA Plot Scheme 2025 has been introduced by the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA). The Yeida Plot Scheme 2025 was introduced by the government to give homeless residents of Noida and the surrounding areas access to houses in a prime location. YEIDA introduced the YEIDA 276 Residential Plot Scheme, which offers 276 rather large plots in Sector 18 that are each 200 square meters. One square meter costs Rs. 35,000 and since a lottery will be held to select the plots individuals are unable to do so on their own. People must register quickly because registration opened on 21 April and will expire on 21 May 2025.

YEIDA 276 Residential Plot Scheme
The YEIDA 276 Residential Plot Scheme was launched by YEIDA and provides 276 plots with a total area of 200 square meters. After the land fee was raised from Rs. 24,000 to Rs. 35,000 per square meter, this is the first time it has happened. A security deposit of Rs. 7 lakh is required for the general category, while Rs. 3.5 lakh is required for SC or ST. Additionally, this week will see the launch of other projects including hotel plots, industrial plots and group housing.

Benefits
- There are three different ways to pay for plot purchases. Since applicants for the plan have the option of making installment payments or an entire direct payment, three payments are convenient.

Eligibility Criteria of YEIDA 276 Residential Plot Scheme
For General Category:
- The applicant must be at least 18 on the scheme date if they are proven to be younger, the plot will be reclaimed.
- Any Indian or NRI may apply, but only if the Indian or Uttar Pradesh governments do not prevent them from purchasing land.
- Only one plot may be applied for by a single individual and the form will be canceled if the applicant has previously been granted a plot or apartment.
- A co-applicant may be a member of the applicant’s immediate family such as a parent, child, brother or sister provided they can provide proof.
- Plots that are applied for and awarded to a husband and wife must be returned within a month, otherwise both plots will be canceled.
- Only one individual may apply, no joint family or HUF (Hindu Undivided Family) may do so.
- Unless permitted by YEIDA only individuals may apply. private corporations are not eligible.
For Reserved Category:
- When applying, the applicant must be at least eighteen years old and legally able to execute contracts.
- Only owners or operators of businesses whose property was bought by Jewar Airport or YEIDA may apply, but only if they have never received a plot.
- For five years following purchase, the plot in this category cannot be sold or given to another person.
For Industrial Category:
- Only businesses who purchased property from YEIDA before 1 April 2025 and have begun construction on it will be permitted.
- No industry related payments such as rent or premiums, should be present and a No-Dues certificate is required.
- Before filling out the form, the Director or Trustee’s name must already be changed in YEIDA records.
- The new industry cannot obtain a plot again if land was removed from someone else and they already had one.
- The owner or director will only be allocated one plot even if the industry owns other locations.
- This scheme is not open to charitable or religious trusts.
- A letter from the business identifying the signer and applicant must be provided.
- The additional plots will go to the general group if not enough individuals apply for this group.
- For five years, the plot taken under this cannot be sold or transferred.
- Only businesses that have been approved by YEIDA are eligible to apply for this group.

For Farmers Whose Land Was Taken
- Only farmers who have had their land taken or purchased by YEIDA or for Jewar Airport may apply without any issues or disputes.
- Legal family members may apply if the farmer has passed away but only one plot will be awarded and all family members must agree on a single name.
- Farmers and their families are not eligible to reapply if they have already been granted a plot or apartment.
- Before the plan expires, the farmer should get all land funds and YEIDA should not be challenged.
- Everyone who owns land may apply but just one name will be chosen at random.
- Additionally, the land in this particular case cannot be sold for five years after it is provided.
- On a Rs. 100 stamp, a guarantee paper stating that there would be no fights or forced takeovers of land must be presented.
- Farmers are also prohibited if land money was seized following a dispute or legal action.
- The farmer and all co-owners are required to provide a document stating that they would not request more funds in court.
- The form will be canceled and the money will be repaid without interest if any of the statements made above are false.
