Step 1. First of all you have to go to the Udyam Registration Portal.

Step 2. Now on the home page of the website, you have to click on the option of “For New Entrepreneurs who are not Registered yet as
MSME or those with EM-II”.

Step 3. After clicking, enter the name and Aadhaar number of the entrepreneur, then click on the “Validate and Generate OTP” button. This button opens the PAN verification page after the OTP is submitted and received.

Step 4. Now you have to use your Aadhaar number to register MSME for Aadhaar verification for Udyam registration.

Step 5. Now the business owner has to enter the PAN number and “Type of Organization” and then click on the “Validate PAN” button.

Step 6. After that all the information asked in the registration form has to be filled. After filling all the information you have to click on “Submit”.

Step 7. Now click on “Get Final OTP”. The OTP has been sent and after its entry and form submission an email will be delivered with the Udyam Registration Certificate.

Step 8. In this way new entrepreneurs can register themselves on the MSME (Udyam) portal.
