Eligibility Criteria for Thalliki Vandanam Scheme 2025
To appear on the Thalliki Vandanam Eligibility List 2025, families must fulfill the following conditions:
- Monthly family income should not exceed ₹10,000 in rural areas and ₹12,000 in urban areas.
- Valid Rice Card is mandatory for at least one family member.
- Families must own less than 3 acres of wet land or 10 acres of dry land.
- Four-wheelers (except taxis, tractors, or goods vehicles) disqualify a family.
- Household electricity usage must be under 300 units per month on average in the past year.
- Families must not own urban property of 1000 sq. ft. or more.
- No family member should be employed in Central/State Government, PSU, or receive government pensions.
- Income Tax payers are not eligible.
- Sanitation workers and low-income government employees earning below ₹10,000 in rural and ₹12,000 in urban areas are still eligible.
- Children must be enrolled in Class 1–12 at recognized institutions.
- Children in ITI, Polytechnic, IIIT (RGUKT), or fee-exempt institutions are not eligible.
- Street children or orphans registered via NGOs are eligible upon verification.
- The mother’s bank account must be Aadhaar-linked and NPCI-verified.
- Students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance to continue receiving benefits.
Ineligibility under Thalliki Vandanam Scheme
The following conditions will make an applicant ineligible for the Thalliki Vandanam Scheme:
- Monthly income exceeds ₹10,000 (rural) or ₹12,000 (urban).
- Family does not possess a valid ration card.
- Family owns more than 3 acres of wet land or 10 acres of dry land.
- Possession of non-commercial four-wheelers.
- Average electricity usage above 300 units/month in past year.
- Ownership of urban property exceeding 1000 square feet.
- Presence of government employees or pensioners in the household.
- Income tax filing by any household member.
- Students enrolled in ITI, Polytechnic, IIIT (RGUKT), or similar fee-exempt courses.
- Absence of 75% school attendance in the current academic year.
- Mother’s bank account not linked to Aadhaar and NPCI.
