• The interested applicant must be a permanent resident of Telangana.
• The applicant must have a certificate of disability not exceeding 40%.
• A family can participate in only one self-employment scheme in five years.
• The beneficiaries will not be entitled to any benefits under it for the next five years.
• Candidates with significant experience in the relevant activity/technical qualification may be given preference.
• The total annual income of the family should not exceed Rs 1.5 lakh in rural areas and Rs 2 lakh in urban areas.
• There should not have been any subsidy from the Department of Disabled Welfare/other department/other government agency during the last five years.
