As per the announcement by Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, the scheme benefits students studying in Classes 1 to 12 across government and recognized private institutions. A budget of ₹8475 crore has been allocated for the scheme, with plans to support over 67 lakh students across the state.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Talliki Vandanam Scheme List 2025, families must meet the following conditions:
- In rural areas, monthly household income must be below ₹10,000; in urban areas, below ₹12,000.
- At least one family member must possess a valid rice card.
- The family must own:
- Less than 3 acres of wetland OR
- Less than 10 acres of dry land OR
- A total landholding of less than 10 acres.
- Families owning four-wheelers (except tractors, taxis, or cars for earning) are not eligible.
- Monthly electricity usage should be below 300 units on average over the last 12 months.
- Families owning municipal properties of 1000 sq. ft or more are not eligible.
- Government employees, PSU workers, pensioners, and income tax payers are excluded.
- Sanitation workers and low-income government employees (earning less than ₹10,000 or ₹12,000/month based on area) are eligible.
- Students must be enrolled in Classes 1 to 12 in recognized institutions in Andhra Pradesh.
- Children in ITI, Polytechnic, IIIT (RGUKT), or similar programs with full fee waivers are not eligible.
- Orphaned and street children registered with verified voluntary organizations are eligible.
- The mother’s Aadhaar-linked bank account must be verified with NPCI for Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
- Students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance in the current academic year to receive support next year.

Financial Benefits
