Ayushman Vaya Vandana
The Ayushman Bharat scheme, which focuses on giving benefits to exclusively older persons, includes the Ayushman Vaya Vandana. Benefits would be provided by the Indian government to persons over 60 under this approach. Based on the data, the Ayushman Vaya Vandana program offers a total of 1969 medical treatments.
Access to 27 specialties, including medicines, diagnostics, surgeries, ICU treatment and more is available to all older residents who are chosen under the scheme. The Delhi government plans to construct 1,139 Ayushman Arogya Mandirs in order to help an increasing number of Delhi residents.

Distribution of Delhi Ayushman Bharat Card for Senior Citizens
Older persons will begin receiving Delhi Ayushman Bharat cards information on 28 April 2025. On 20 April 2025, Mr. Pankaj Singh, the health minister, declared that the Delhi State Government will begin distribution on April 28. The statement was made in honor of World Liver Day, which was sponsored by Delhi Chief Minister Mrs. Rekha Gupta and Indian Home Minister Mr. Amit Shah. Additionally, the Delhi government has said that it will give an additional Rs.5 lakh to families from homes with unstable finances, for a total of Rs.10 lakh in financial assistance.
