DDA Housing Scheme Registration Date Extended:- The cost of apartments is rising significantly as a result of widespread inflation. Many people would not be able to purchase their ideal homes in such a scenario. The Delhi Development Authority (DDA), a division of the Indian government has developed the DDA Housing Scheme 2025 in order to address this issue. The DDA Housing Scheme registration date has been extended by the Delhi Development Authority. The authorities have chosen to extend the registration deadline to give Delhi residents more time to register for the DDA Sabka Ghar Awas and Shramik Awas. The DDA will reopen reservations under both plans on 9 April 2025 and they will stay available until 30 April 2025.

Sabka Ghar Awas Yojana
The Sabka Ghar Awas Yojana was started by the Delhi Development Authority to give Delhi residents access to reasonably priced homes. Information indicates that 828 additional apartments are available for low-income residents under this scheme. Under the program, 604 new apartments have been added in the Siraspur area.
The authorities have constructed 204 more apartments in the Loknayakpuram neighborhood. In places like Narela, Loknayakpuram, and Siraspur, it provides a 25% discount on apartments for the EWS, LIG, MIG, and HIG categories.
