Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Assam Pragyan Bharati Scooty Scheme 2025, students must meet the following conditions:
- Must be a permanent resident of Assam.
- Applicant Must have passed Class 12 (Higher Secondary Final Examination 2024) conducted by the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council.

- Male students must score 75% or more marks.

- Dropout students are not eligible.

- Eligible students will collect an appreciation certificate from the consignee principal and submit it to the designated dealer.
- The scooty will be given after verifying the documents.
- Students do not need to pay for registration or insurance.
- In case of a student’s unfortunate demise, the legal guardian may or may not collect the scooty.
- Students under the Dr. Bani Kanta Kakati Merit Award will not be eligible for the Nijut Moina Scheme.
- If a female student opts out of receiving the scooty, she can apply for the Nijut Moina Scheme instead.
