About the AP RTE Admission Act
As per this Right to Education (RTE) Act ensures that every child between the ages of 6 and 14 will get the right to free and compulsory education. This has been done as per the RTE Admission Act under Article 21A of the 86th Constitutional Amendment Act. Under this AP RTE Admission 2025, all children studying in government schools under the supervision of school management committees will get free education. At least 25% of students enrolled in private schools will be given free admission to the beneficiaries.
