Home is built once but the memories last a lifetime. To own an affordable plot the JAIPUR DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY has launched the JDA residential plot scheme lottery draw 2025 . The Rajasthan government along with JDA has launched this scheme to provide various affordable plots for the citizens who belong to low- or middle-income households. The plots provided would be in Rajasthan state at various prominent locations.
Under this scheme the allotment of the plots will be done on the basis of drawing of the lottery. All the citizens of Rajasthan who are interested and want to check the JDA residential plot scheme lottery draw are requested to visit the official website.
The JAIPUR DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (JDA) has launched 3 new projects under this scheme namely Atal Vihar Yojana, Govind Vihar Yojana and Patel Vihar Yojana focusing mainly on LIG and EWS categories to afford housing at affordable prices. These schemes were introduced on December 15th ,2024 for a vision of promoting sustainable development improving living standards and also preserving the cities’ heritage.
About JDA Residential Plot Scheme
The JDA residential plot scheme is a housing initiative by the JAIPUR DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (JDA) that offers affordable plotting schemes for economically weaker section and low income group residents .This scheme provides residential housing units to the citizens of rajasthan .
The chief minister , Bhajan Lala Sharma, on December 15th ,2024 announced this scheme including 3 projects Atal Vihar Yojana on Kalwad road , Govind Vihar Yojana near Khatipura railway station and Patel Vihar Yojana in khori Ropara.
Under this scheme a total of 726 plots are available aiming to meet housing needs and promote land urban development . Interested citizens of jaipur city can apply fir this scheme by filling out the application form starting from May 13th ,2025 . The last date to apply for this scheme is 16th june ,2025.

Eligibility Criteria
- The applying citizens must be the permanent residents of rajasthan state and have libed in jaipur for atleast 10years .
- The annual income of the citizens must be within the govt. Healthcare program .
- The minimum age of the applying candidates is 18 years .
- The selected citizens or their spouse must not own a plot or house in jaipur.
